It's simple. Here at La Fleur 28, we stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged, we'll replace it.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to health and safety concerns, purchases are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

REPLACEMENT ORDERS
If your order arrived damaged, feel free to send us an email 24 hours a day 7 days a week, to customercare@lafleur28.com. Please include your order number and as much information as possible to help expedite your request.

In some cases, substitutions may be necessary as our products are crafted in small batches and may no longer be available for replacement. Replacement orders will be shipped to the original order address. We reserve the right to limit replacements.
